Wide Pull-Up 


Developing the Muscles of the Back

Back to the Muscle Group

1)      Start by grasping a pull-up bar or some type of stationary piece of equipment with both hands facing forward.

 

 

2)      If you're unsure of your ability to support your own weight have someone spot you at the waist.

 

 

3)      Begin by pulling yourself upwards until you've reached your full range of motion or your head is above your hands.

 

 

 

4)      Make sure to target and

squeeze your lower lats

to better develop the

muscle.

 

 

5)      Slowly allow your body to

return to the starting

position to complete one

repetition.
