 Back to Muscle Group

 

1)      Choose either a short

Straight bar, or an EZ

Curl bar depending on

Which grip is most

Comfortable.

 

2)      Start by finding a good

Balance point on a flat

Bench.

 

3)      Slowly lower the bar

Keeping your elbows

Pointed forward.

 

4)      Lower the bar until

You’ve reached a level

Just behind your head.

 

5)      Return the bar to the

Starting position.
