Alternate Medicine Ball Squat

 

1)      Start in a neutral position carefully balancing on a medium sized medicine ball.

 

 

2)      Begin the movement by taking a deep breath with your chest extended and your spine aligned.  

 

 

3)      Lower your hips until your thighs are horizontally aligned in relation to the floor.

 

 

4)      Exhale as your return to a neutral position to complete one repetition.
