Kneeling Rollout

 

1)      with your forearms resting on a Swiss ball.

 

 

2)      Allow the Swiss ball to roll out away from you.

 

 

3)      Focus on your abdominal muscles as your extend to a near straight position.

 

 

4)      Return to starting position to complete one repetition.
