1)      Start in a neutral position.

 

 

2)      If a sliding board and proper shoes are available please utilize such equipment.  

 

 

3)      Start by extending one arm and the opposite leg in opposite directions.

 

 

4)   With a slight upward leap alternate your position to oppose the initial position.

 

 

5)      Return to starting position and repeat.

 

 

 

 

Muscles Worked:  Glutes, Hip Flexors, and Quadriceps
