Lat Pull Down

 

1)      Start movement by adjusting the support to your proper height.

 

 

2)      Grip the pull down bar with a wide stance keeping your spine upright. 

 

 

3)      Slowly pull the pull down bar keeping your elbows pointed out until the bar reaches a comfortable position near your upper chest.

 

 

4)      Pause at full contraction and slowly allow the bar to return to the starting position to complete one repetition.
