Swiss Ball Bridge Hamstring Curl 1) Start by lying flat on a mat/floor with your heels resting on the top of a Swiss ball. 2) Begin movement by lifting your buttocks off the floor creating a straight line from your spine to your heels. 3) To complete the movement pull your heels towards your buttocks which will lift you slightly higher off the mat. 4) Fully contract your hamstrings or until you’ve reached a 90 degree angle at the knee. 5) Slowly lower your body back to the starting position to complete one repetition.
