Leaning Side Dumbbell Raise
Developing the Muscles of the Shoulder
1) Grip a dumbbell in one hand, and lean outwards at and angle by holding on to a stable object and placing your feet away from your weighted hand.
2) Begin by lifting the dumbbell outwards keeping your arm as straight as possible until you've reached a level close to your ear.
3) Make sure to keep your palms facing down through- out the entire movement.
4) Lower the weight slowly down to your hips.
5) Try to keep from using momentum and focus on the muscles involved to build stability and balance.
